I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I’ve been using him for the last 8–9 years, and every single time I’ve called, he has been at my house the same day or within 24 hours, no matter how busy he is. That alone is rare these days.
He is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. He actually knows what he’s doing and takes the time to properly diagnose and fix the problem instead of guessing or rushing through the job. Every issue I’ve had with my HVAC and AC vents has been fixed quickly and correctly.
It’s such a relief to have someone I can truly trust with my home. He is consistent, dependable, and does excellent work every time. If you’re looking for an HVAC professional who shows up, knows his craft, and gets the job done right, this is your guy. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I have been knowing Mr. Samuels of WS Maintenance for a very long time, at least 13 yrs now. He is my go to guy for all HVAC, Water Heater and gas appliances related issues. I have always had an excellent experience with him.
